I want to make federal enforcement data more accessible to researchers, journalists, and public interest organizations. Right now this data is scattered across 16 separate government databases with no way to see the full picture for a single employer. These datasets fill that gap. MDC's focus on community-owned, transparent data sharing aligns with how I already publish — open license, documented methodology, DOIs for citation. I'd like to reach audiences here that I might not be reaching through Kaggle and Hugging Face.
