Marano Business Solutions Co., Ltd. is a Bangkok-based AI data services studio established in 2015, specializing in high-fidelity multilingual data annotation and evaluation for frontier AI models. Since 2018, we have been producing production-grade training data for global tech giants across ride-hailing, social networks, e-commerce, and foundation-model labs. Our organization operates as a closed, NDA-bound studio with 1,200+ vetted specialist annotators across 40+ language pairs. We are committed to responsible data practices through our proprietary four-stage QA spine: linguist onboarding, dual annotation, senior adjudication, and statistical QA with inter-annotator agreement (IAA ≥0.82) reporting. Through Marano Atlas, our multilingual evaluation workbench, we provide SME-signed verdicts backed by licensed Subject Matter Experts—doctors, lawyers, compliance officers, and native-speaker domain reviewers—whose identities are part of the audit chain, not a footnote. Every evaluation is hash-chained (SHA-256) and verifiable by third parties, ensuring transparency and accountability. We are contributing the Tagalog Healthcare Dataset to Mozilla Data Collective to advance equitable AI development in underserved languages and support community-driven data governance aligned with MDC's mission of fair value exchange and data sovereignty.
