The Gresik dialect is a variety of Javanese primarily spoken in Gresik City, East Java, Indonesia. It is part of the 'Arekan' dialect group and has distinctive vocabulary and linguistic features that are commonly used in daily communication by local people. This dataset contains a parallel corpus of Indonesian, Gresik Javanese, English, and Arabic texts. This dataset is intended to support machine translation research and training, as well as comparative linguistic studies of regional language varieties, particularly Javanese dialects in Indonesia.

This dataset was an Indonesian-English-Arabic parallel corpus which is owned by the Bahasa Bahana community. The parallel corpus was translated to the Gresik dialect of Javanese by the owner of this dataset.
Intended Use
This translated dataset is intended for machine translation training (Indonesian-Javanese-English-Arabic) and is provided for comparative linguistic studies between regional language dialects, especially Javanese in Indonesia.
