The corpus contains four languages: Indonesian, Javanese, English, and Arabic. Javanese used in this dataset is Semarang dialect, known as Semarangan. Semarang is the capital city of Central Java and is located near other major cities, such as Surakarta (Solo) and Yogyakarta. Although these regions share Javanese as their primary local language, they have distinct dialectal varieties.

Ethical Review
This dataset was an Indonesian-English-Arabic parallel corpus which is owned by the Bahasa Bahana community. The parallel corpus was translated to the Semarangan dialect of Javanese by the owner of this dataset.
Intended Use
This translated dataset is intended for machine translation training (Indonesian-Javanese-English-Arabic) and is provided for comparative linguistic studies between regional language dialects, especially Javanese in Indonesia.
