Urdu Legal is a curated collection of 1,067 Urdu language legal question answer pairs covering Pakistani legal domains, including family law (e.g. dissolution of marriage/tanseekh-e-nikah), religious ordinances (Zakat and Ushr Ordinance, Ehtiram-e-Ramazan Ordinance), and criminal law provisions including blasphemy related statutes and their historical development. The dataset provides factual legal information and case summaries in a question-answer format, drawn from legal rulings, statutory text, and news coverage of legal proceedings.
